Engine Tuning Any Gurus??

I'm running 28mm chokes on my Dellortos on my 5K. I can't remember specific jets but they weren't far off those calculated by felix's web page.

 

I got lucky and bought a set that were jetted for a heavily worked 3k, which meant it was very driveable. BUT, getting them dyno tuned (~300 bucks) by a tuner who is good with Dells netted me 50% more power!
