Hi Guys, sorry for all the questions but I'm really struggling to find the correct info.

 

What diff can I use that has LSD in the TE71?? Being in SA not everything is available. Some have said to use the Venture diff?

 

Any help would be appreciated.

 

Another thing, what's your feeling on lightened flywheel? Wanna lighten my flywheel by 2.5kg. Yay or nay??

An LSD out of a AE86 Sprinter is what you are after. Can be bought here from many suppliers aftermarket, or second hand out of Japan. TRD, KAAZ, Cusco are just some of the brands.

 

There is heaps and heaps of information relevant to you on www.ae86drivingclub.com.au - I would suggest you go there and read up.

 

Ae86 and TE71 are effectively the same chassis with a different body on top I believe. Lots of performance parts are made for the AE86, which makes upgrading your car quite easy.
