I have a 2T-B, internals have been balanced, 50 thou oversize pistons,just installed ARP conrod bolts,lightened flywheel, electronic ignition,Powerflow downpipe and 50/57mm Powerflow exhaust with one box. Double valve-springs and 288 cam, car revs to 8000rpm easilym Torque peaks at 4200rpm and we're still running standard carbs. Busy making an intake for 40 sidies. Have raced the car for a year now without any problems.
So I'd go for the 2T
