Hi all,

Picked up a tacho dash and swapped over fine, with all bits working except the LCD clock doesnt light up. The old clock worked fine. Is there another fuse I should be looking for?

I am guessing the clock may well be u/s. Or is there something simple I am overlooking. If not, I guess I can replace it with an aftermarket one but would like original if possible.

Cheers

If you remove the kick panel on the drivers side under the dash there is a fuse box under there.

When my fuse blew for my interior light the clock and door light also stopped working so I guess they all run from the same fuse.

If your lights are still working chances are the clock simply does not work.

Check the fuse also though just to be sure. The fuse I replaced was named "room" :bash:

just sounds like you bought a dodgy clock mate, either that or the wires running to the clock are broken.

replacing the fuse wont do anything because it all runs off the same fuse, if you know what your doing try putting the correct voltage across the clock wires (id imagine it would be either 3 or 12 volts, but double check to be safe)

and if it still doesnt work then you should buy a watch
