it's a kp61 with ae86 front brakes (tho he's taken them off?), he's used a 4k-u head, ported to 18cc with stock valves, on a 7k block*, which he's revving to 9000rpm, running 13:1 compression. using an old tosco #5 cam (54-86 94-46 0.425"). he's had the cam pulley modified so he can slightly degree the cam with an offset locating pin (an idea i had also), modifed the lifters and pushrods to solids. he didn't have to modify the engine crossmember for the 7k sump to fit. cooling with thermofans, 60mm exhaust, led under the ae86 diff, painted with a wing and flares and guages.

it was a sunny day and he was excited to take it out for the first time. the second time, he wants a taller 3.9 diff instead of the stock 3.7 (god man, get a 4.3 like the rest of us), he put on wind diffusers on the front, a HD clutch, slotted rotors, gold rays te37s (JEALOUSY) and 30mm wheel spacers

then he rolled it and hit a wall with the side of the car, but he was ok. he's sad but wants to build another one, this time with a cage and harnesses and 4 wheel discs

And - - By it continues to the day when it meets once upon a time...

*this answers our question as to wether the std head gasket seals the extra 3 head bolt holes on a 7k
