September 1, 200917 yr comment_370524 Hello again! i want to ask you : (115 main-125 air jet) or (130 main- 160 air) is richer!!!! Report
September 1, 200917 yr comment_370601 1, The "main" number, being the "main jet" is the size of the FUEL jet. 2, "air" is just an "air correction jet". 3, Neither combos are going to make you run "richer" if they are appropiately matched and tuned. 4, ......so to answer the question I think you're trying to ask: (130 main- 160 air) is going to PUT MORE FUEL IN YOUR ENGINE. :P Report
September 1, 200917 yr comment_370622 The bigger the number of the main jet the richer it will be on the main circuit... Especially in the lower part of it where there is little influence from the air corrector. The air correctors trim the mixture more in the mid-upper range of their associated (primary or secondary) main circuit. The bigger the number of the air corrector jet the leaner the mixtures become in the upper end. (115 main-125 air jet) or (130 main- 160 air): 115 main-125 air jet. Will obviously be leaner in the lower part of the main circuit, but quite possibly richer in the upper end. Report
