Hello! i ant to ask you if it's possible to skim a 4k-c head 2-3mm and to fit it on a 4k-u block. Has anyone done this? i have a 4k-c head with bibber balves,head porting and cut valve guides and i want to fit it on my u block! thank you very much!

yes it would work but even with the 2 or 3 mm off the head its not gonna make as much compression as a stock 4k due to the extra volume in the pistons and there still being a combustion chamber in the head. also if u do do this make sure u use the 4kc lifter rods cos 4ku ones are shorter because of the rocker gear lower in the head.

If you want to use the 4kc head just put some flat top pistons in the 4ku block and like rollaboy70 said use 4kc pushrods
