  1. pretty good condition it has white door cards with black carpet and black seats
  2. Before i had bought this car i had purchased a set of silver top 20valve quad throttle bodies on a t3 bigport manifold and I was gonna make a manifold to suit k series motor and go all out on one. Any way when i bought this thing i put them on after a 3 months or so of having it. I decided I wanted cams as well so I bought a set of crow 277 degree cams to suit. With the cams and quads it made 75rwkws on a mainline dyno with a ignition break down. the best thing about it is the noise that it makes either a deep gargle like webbers or it screams pretty damn loud when your right on it. Also during the time the car was off the road having the cams fitted and waiting for it to be tuned i carpeted out the boot and fitted a sterio to the car and bought the set of coilovers out of slo30's ke38 wagon. When fitting the coil overs i discoverd the mess that some one had made with the crossmember so that got swapped at the same time. Before doing all the quads and cams i realised it needed a new clutch and the gearbox poped out of third some times, so i bought a gearbox off of a mate and a new excedy hd clutch for it. In the process of doing the clutch the supplier got two wrong clutches and in the end the thrust bearing wrong but thye clutch was right so off to another parts supplier and they had the right thrust bearing. When it came to fitting the tail shaft it didnt fit and i had no idea what was going on. Being a newby to t50's and 4ages i discovered that t50's had two different out put shafts 20 and 22 spline. My original gearbox was a 20spline so the original k series tail shaft fitted when the conversion was originaly done, so down to the wreckers i went and got a AE71 front shaft and swaped the yokes over. I wasnt a fan of the super lights ever since i got the car and one day looking through the otomoto wheels page i found a set of ssr MK1's in 15X7 +12 pretty cheap so they became mine pretty quick. Once i got them they were sent off to the polishers due to the being rusty around the bolt holes, then fitted with some 195/50R15 Khumo KU31's other little things i have done to the car is nardi wood grain steering wheel, trd leather shift knob and a fixed back seat.
  3. back in march last year i bought a ke35 coupe with a 4age in it. it had been sitting in a shed for the last two years. when i got it the master cylinder had ceased and only the rear brakes were working. made it a very interesting drive home. here are some of the specs on it when i got it Yellow 77 ke35 coupe (last of the 35's so it has a ke55 dash in it) AE86 rwd bigport 4age with t50 haltec e6m computer RA40 front struts with the crossmember dodgy drilled out for more camber. 14X6 super lights
  4. mileend bunnings meet up at 6 30 tonight there should be a few cars there tonight
  5. yes it would work but even with the 2 or 3 mm off the head its not gonna make as much compression as a stock 4k due to the extra volume in the pistons and there still being a combustion chamber in the head. also if u do do this make sure u use the 4kc lifter rods cos 4ku ones are shorter because of the rocker gear lower in the head.
  6. I'll will be attending in my new toy and my mate member chris88 in his 4agze AW11
  7. hey me and a mate should be there tonight and my bro might come for the start. what car park tho cos kmart is still open till 9 tonight so i rekon the back car park.
  8. wagon carpet is the same as the sedan apart from where the rear seat bolts in, the bottom hinges for the seat need cut outs for them but thats all
  9. yeah me and a couple of my mates might be sneaking in with a bright yellow 1600 and a Austin A30. bad thing is i don't own a corolla old enough
  10. its in the right hand kick pannel in your ae71 you find it easy and just swap it over
  11. Spotted Mystic today on south road was following him for bout 10 mins and then spotted a white ke70 on marion road and gave him a nod
  12. if it is one that opens at the same time i would match all the jets. but in my car with the 32/32 i had standard idle jet that come with them. F6 emultion tubes. twin one 160 air correctors and 135 primary and 132 secondry jet. after alot of jetting i got this combination and worked well for street use and some power to boot. with the bigger first main jet is good and then when the second one opens up its just enough to give it that quick boot. soz bout some of the spelling
  13. at the moment i have about 4 possibly 6 cars coming to this on saturday night so I'm hoping for some more people to turn up as well.
  14. your best bet is to ring around you local wreckers. how exactly are they attached to the car??
