kangaroosa Posted January 2, 2010 Report Posted January 2, 2010 too bad about the camera. It was my first cruise, and a good laugh. Look forward to the next one. It took me about two minutes to fix my car when I got home. When am I going to learn to carry some tools with me. I should know better. I was thinking the same thing about tools when I left this morning.....its a Rotary after all ;) I was more worried about leaving behind the Jerry can of fuel I normally carry in the boot. Quote
Bamboo Posted January 2, 2010 Author Report Posted January 2, 2010 And here i am thinkin' you had shares in BP to take care of that!! LOL. Still thinking about that oil cooler. I suspect pressure V volume is the issue. I'll put my ear to the ground and see what I can dig up. Quote

It was using the external oil cooler, so i'm in no rush to test if the oil pressure lag was at fault with this current motor. As for the fuel, I'm going to Echuca next week. Still undecided whether to take the rolla and 4 tanks of fuel or the daily and 2 tanks. ;) So what did you other guys get up to after we left? Did the cruise continue? Quote
Bamboo Posted January 2, 2010 Author Report Posted January 2, 2010 My 2 cents. Echuca is 3 hours away, straight freeway and not much fun. However, nice to have the 'rolla with and blow the cobwebs out. almost justifys it's existence! Not too loud to completely F&*K you on the drive. You can even give a blast around those backroads. If the question is economy only; you already know the answer. Give the ToyMaz a blast Quote
