SLOTH Snr Posted July 8, 2005 Report Share Posted July 8, 2005 Since Craig got his KE55 18 months ago we have made quite a few improvements. We've cut the rust out, replaced the rear wheel arches. Anew paint job. Put in a 7K motor, 5spd box, extractors with 2" system. New tyres, different rims MP3 player, 12 x 6 speakers, neons, roadworthied it and paid 2years rego. All for less than the price i was quoted for a head rebuild on my mercedes The bits and pieces needed to make a fun little car are so inexpensive as long as you put in the time to hunt for them and thats where half the fun is.
