So the old mans getting a bit pissed off with the once mighty 4ac making a nice lawn ornament in the front yard. We're trying to sell the house and its not helping. So its gotta go. Are there any places that will give money for the scrap metal or am I better off to just take it to the tip and let it rust?

 

Also is there anything worth salvaging that might be wanted by anyone?

Heh yeah i guess. I pulled the head off and i don't think its cracked. You'll probably have to go on a treasure hunt to find some bits and peices amongst all the other crap.

Well, if nick wants the motor, he can have it - i would only like it to pull it apart and learn a thing or 2 - any maybe later on down the track try and 'restore it'

 

But i am very keen on the aircon bits - what excatly do u have, and how much else would i need to make it a complete air con system?

All i really need off the old engine is the flywheel and the rest is open game. I'll see when i pick up my 4age sometime this weekend whether theres anything else then its up to whoever wants to come pick it up.

Is the radiator any good? Mines falling apart.

 

Air con includes condenser,all lines, compressor, bit behind dash.

does not include blower unit, controls. probably different to ke70 stuff anyway. make me an offer over $0, I'm not after much.
