hey any one that has seen our car its has a sticker on the lower half of the door ""WWW.YPERVECUSTOMS.COM"" but seeing as though they no longer exist i wanted to replace it with ""WWW.ROLLACLUB.COM"" will any one have a problem with this? i was just going to get it done at my local sign shop. do i have topay royalties for anything like that for the use of the name?

I don't have a problem with it but you might want to bring it up with Irokin, Teddy or Medicine man

All good. I don't have a problem with people making stickers for themselves (though it is nice when they ask).

 

I only have problems with people making stickers to sell for two reasons. One, we have no control over the design so if some kind of trademark infringement happens I dread to think who they'd come after first. And two, the proceeds certainly don't go back into improving Rollaclub.

well the design will be the same as what is on there already as i think it suites the car and the color will stay the same aswell

Yea no worries. I'm not terribly concerned about one off designs people are making ;)
