help can anyone tell me how to remove the panel where the windscreen wipers are so i can clean it out and do some rust repairs

It doesn't come out sadly. You have to work through the small openings in the firewall. If it helps drop out the wiper arms and remove the motor.

Then stick a Vacuum up there

The only option is to unpick it with a drill (WINDSCREEN OUT) , or cut holes to access the section that needs repairing

it has no windows at the moment which is helping alot with repairs
