Don't know the answer to your question, but if you have excessive movement when wobbling the seat and the seat frame seems OK, check the rear outside seat mount bracket that is welded to the floor closely.

 

It is common for these to crack around the nut that you bolt the seat into.

 

Bear in mind you need to take the seat out to see this, and even then, may need to look very carefully.

Also of note... There are TWO TYPES of rails in the *E7* series.

 

The ones with the fore/aft lever on the side, and the other style with the lever under the front. I *think* yours has the side lever type.

I'm 90% sure mine has the front style. Coz i have a pic which ill post.

as you can see there are no side adjusters. so...?

To clear this up all slanty front ke70's and ae71's had the adjuster lever at the front for the fore/aft position. Flat front ke70's had both levers on the side. And the seat and mechanism in youre car is original Jesse.
