looking to update my brakes, when i brake hard it struggles to stop. i don't lose brake pressure though

ive got a brake booster connected. but doesnt help much. cars got a 3t gte.

question is, how can i get bigger brakes without changin stud pattern.

Are your front rotors glazed at all ?
