Forget it. It's not just a steering wheel, its some electrics and sensors and calibration, it will cost more than the car.

 

This is what I was thinking about when I read the topic title. There's a hell of a lot more to a working airbag system than the airbag. I would expect this to cost more than a top of the line cage, racing seats, harnesses, helmet and race suit...
