Tried to get a handbook from the Trans Dept. and they were all like, "we don't hand them out anymore. you can download it, so yeah..." and I was all like, " well LAH DE DAH!" so yeah here it is.... Light Vehicle Modifications Guidebook Probably worth pinning this thread...... and also they state on the front page that it is only a guide. That's my brother.... he's just talking junk. And as "most" corolla drivers are immature and totally rice they don't have they're licenses long do they...
