hey could any one tell me the advantages of having adjustable

cam gears on my 4agte?

Normally use them to remove valve overlap, bring air into the cylinder at a better time and expel the exhaust gas at the correct time, best to set them on the dyno to get your torque curve at it's best.

If it's a 20v 4AGE (which I doubt it is as) you will lose the VVT by replacing the cam gears or cams themselves.
