Hello, I have a set of extractors that I took off a seca ae92 with a carby motor.I want to fit them to a EFI motor.Are they the same,will they fit? I have been told that the heads are different between the carby and efi motors.Is that only the case with the inlet side,not the outlet side.As far as I know,it is a 1.6 dohc 4afe.

 

Can supply pics but I figured they are not needed.

Any help is appreciated.

It would solve my problem if someone out there swapped me a set that would fit(just a hint LOL).

 

PS; I know the bit that bolts together on exhaust system is different.That can be welded together,does not worry me atm.I need to know if the extractors will bolt up to the head before I start destroying my exhuast system.

Skip I am pretty sure that they are the same.

there is two types of 4afe heads, basic rule of thumb is that if the cam covers look the same then they are the same
