hey guys i got a ke55 with a 2tg in it, now the problem is i gotta rewire the car, and i need a new loom as there is to many wires that a burnt and broken, now i need to find out what loom u would use on a 2tg, would u use a ke55 loom and just rewire couple of wires?

That's what I would do. Assuming you have a carby motor and not a injected motor.

 

Even if it was injected, I don't see that you have any other option anyway.

 

Realistically very little will be different between the two types of motor (K family to T family), that a bit of shortening or lengthening won't fix.

ahh k yeah sweet, i pulled a loom out of a ke30 two door but its different to the ke 55 hmm any1 sellin a loom

better off just getting another 55 loom, saves time and money, there is bugger all you have to change for it to hook up to a 2tg.

ey people need help to identify what loom ive got, ive checked so many corolla ke30 ke55 and non are the same, under the dash it 2 white plugs the big plug is a male plug, and there is 19wires at the firewall,

 

every corolla ive checked all hav a white and green plug?
