4a-boz Posted February 16, 2011 Report Share Posted February 16, 2011 hey guys i got a ke55 with a 2tg in it, now the problem is i gotta rewire the car, and i need a new loom as there is to many wires that a burnt and broken, now i need to find out what loom u would use on a 2tg, would u use a ke55 loom and just rewire couple of wires? parrot Posted February 16, 2011 Report Share Posted February 16, 2011 (edited) That's what I would do. Assuming you have a carby motor and not a injected motor. Even if it was injected, I don't see that you have any other option anyway. Realistically very little will be different between the two types of motor (K family to T family), that a bit of shortening or lengthening won't fix. 4a-boz Posted February 26, 2011 Author Report Share Posted February 26, 2011 ey people need help to identify what loom ive got, ive checked so many corolla ke30 ke55 and non are the same, under the dash it 2 white plugs the big plug is a male plug, and there is 19wires at the firewall, every corolla ive checked all hav a white and green plug?
