Just thought i would post some pics of my Ke30 CA project and the Ke55 mock up car.

The red Ke30 is solid as a rock i could only find one bit of rust in it the size of a 5 cent piece. Has a 4k and 5 speed in it and really it just needs a good clean up new front carpet and 2 new tyres then rego it.

Someone gave it to me for helping him get his ke55 to start.

Once i have mocked up all the CA setup in the old rusty ke55 will transfer it to the Ke30.

Am going Ca18DE to start with while rebuilding the CA18DET. Oh and my 2 dogs love cars and cameras.

Work so far mount engine and modded the pedal box and pedal to make the hydraulic clutch setup. Have a 200b wagon tail shaft from borg warner diff that fits both ends just need to get a mate to shorten it about 60mm. Using a series 3 bluebird 5 speed box off a CA20 the shifter comes up just in front of the rail that goes right across that the seats mount to.

Thanks peoples just gotta figure out what radiator is easiest and best fit. Also after a Ca18de manual engine loom.

Nearly got CA18DE harness converted getting close to drop it all back in connect everything back up. Decided to setup R31 fuel tank where spare wheel well is/was. Few more mods then kick it over.
