hi guys ive just brought a 85 ae82 an i want a little more power out of her.

its got a 174000kms on it and the motor feels an sounds real stronge.

i don't want to spend alot of money.

its completly stock.

any help would be good.

Google search. Or search on here. 4ac, not alot of point really but...Weber, stractors and zorst, cam regrind possibly. Have a bit of a search bud.

find a second hand mildly worked or turbocharged 4ac and put that it

 

some come up pretty cheap

A 32 36 with appropriate jets and a tune will be fine.

No, look around for a cheap, rusty AE82 twin cam, and change EVERYTHING over. And I mean everything

 

By far the cheapest and most effective way to increase power along with brakes etc.

 

As long as you can do it yourself. Should take a weekend.
