basic for drifting before you try to get into any competing is a ridgid ride (tough suspension) good hand brake and big power

but honestly get in your stock corolla find some good dirt trakes out bush and flog the hell out of it until you understand the car and can control it its all practice and once you think your good enough then power it up something crazy but there is no point trying to drift a high powered car if you can't even control a stock rolla
