19914afc
If you use a T18 crossmember it will fit, but then you have to go steering box if you want to make a a proper TE70, haha. Otherwise (not sure if it would be aloowed) Cut off the engine mounts off a T18, or anything with a T series engine and weld them onto your ke70 crossmember. snot35
Just build a Club Rally car with a 4age and be done with it :)
machg
Not sure about K series, but I cut T engine mounts off x member and welded them onto and A series x member. Was dead easy, even had one hole in common between the mounts, so you basically couldn't f@$k it up.
doityourself
Did this one with a mate. You can use a KE70 Cross member, TA22 engine mounts (off the engine) and rubbers, A T18 T50, a T18 front half of the tail shaft and the KE70 rear half, setting up the hydraulic clutch requires some custom work - in fitting the clutch master to work with the original pedal, it may be a good idea to also brace the clutch master as the firewall has a bit of flex. Other than this you will have to enlarge the shifter hole back about 20 mm for the shifter to clear.
