Hey, in my ke70 i have a 5k block and a 4k head, i want to put them together... do i need to use a 4k head gasket on the 5k block or 5k head gasket, when bolting them together? the bores are smaller on the 4k head, so it will overhang the bores... but the 5k head gasket will fall a little bit short of the bore? probably a simple answer but need advice, hope this isnt confusing :bash:

use the 5k headgasket as the bore is larger than a 4k.

not as simple as just bolting it on bro goto change or the rocker gear pushrods lifters everything

Which pistons and what is the compression ratio going to be??

Assuming you've worked out all the above stuff, you want the 5K gasket. Otherwise you'll be blowing the gasket all the time as the firing rings will be far too close to the action.
