Blue smoke means that oil is getting burnt with the air fuel mixture in the combustion chamber, somewhere along the lines.

It could be either rings are worn, oil has leaked down from valve guids.. a hole range of things.

How bad is it ?

generally that happens to k engines when they sit for a shitload of time, i think it has something to do with the rings sticking and needing to free up. drive your car more

i didnt drive my 3k for 9 months and it blew smoke for 3 days when i got it going again

if it continues, it's either rings or valve-related like teddy said. usually the valve guide seals

just make sure your air filter aint full of oil, make sure the engine has plenty of good oil and take it for a nice 100kmh highway run with good fuel and flashlube for like 30ks or so and i reckon i'll go away
