Sweet early girl!

Just floppin out the jailbars like it aint no thang! haha

keep the pics coming...interior?

theres a few things you can check first.

as mine just died on the weekend also.

check both connections at gearbox and speedometer are secure.

remove speedo drive from gearbox check teeth.

if all ok, remove cluster, remove speedometer, check mechanism.

you can buy a new cable for $46 genuine from ebay.

speedo drives are the same across early corollas.

finally if needed ask around for a new speedometer (whole cluster)

cheers, scott

thx for the reply scott ill take a look at the cable it seemed allright at the speedo end so I'm guessing it would be the gearbox end thats loose.

but when its all replaced ill show some pics asap!

Got to drive this when I was in sydney earlier this month,

Sure is a nice car, full ghetto interior though hahaha

Lol when I did the engine conversion to mine. We were jacking the crane hardcore wondering why the engine wouldn't lift out. Looked under and the speedo cable was stretched to ʞ©$ɟ. Still works though :)
