Have you run a search on suspension on this site as yet?

Because if you haven't.. there's gonna be a few boys from admin or moderation that will say to you :P

So has anyone tried this "heating and unwinding" method for lowering??

 

Do you think a springworks could/would do this??

 

Would it be worthy getting brand new leaf packs if you were going to go to this extreme??

are you talking about inverting the leaf eyes? yeah, slapper's done it i think, it works well. it's probably ideal over getting resets to tell you the truth, you maintain stock arch and spring travel

 

any decent suspension shop should be able to do it for you

 

and no, it's not worth buying new leaves. at most, you want to add ONE new leaf. if you're driving it on the street, i'd suggest maintaining the stock pack with stock number of leaves, and lowering that as you see fit
