HMM, that 5PEED looks like its from a 3X/55.

back with an update, its been a while

 

gearbox swap was easy, extractors & exhaust done 1 3/4' into 2' ,

ajps suspension

6kg front springs (not in yet)

ae86 front struts (same)

" " steering arms (same)

4.5kg rear springs

whiteline ajustable panhard rod

kyb short stroke shocks all round (fronts not in yet)

14x7 & 14x7.5 southern ways mesh wheels

14x6 advan wack-lookin wheels

That gearbox was a KE55 5 speed. It wouldn't have bolted straight in...did you change extension housing? Or modify things

modified the crossmember (drilled 2 new holes in it)

modified the original shifter position forward about an inch

 

the thing I'm not looking forward to is installing the front suspension, as I'm doing everything with the help of one of my mates

got my hands on another ke70

this car has become a donor
