altezzaclub Posted October 23, 2011 Report Share Posted October 23, 2011 Ht it with a grinder and get it back to bare metal, then one of the rust kill liquids. After that you can dent the hole edges in a little & fill the non-structural holes with bog or fibreglass over them first to provide a base.
