School Me On Ke20 Front Ends

Featured Replies

Hey all,

So I have a flat front ke20 in good condition apart from the bonnet and grill, Plus i have a ke20 in bad condition with a good pointy? front end..

can i put the bonnet, and grill from the pointy one onto the flat fronted one?

are the guards the same?

are the plastic corner finishers (outside of the headlights to the guards) interchangeable?

I don't own a ke20 so i can't be sure, but from memory the guards are different, the bonnet will go on, not sure if the stone tray (behind the front bumper) is the same or different?

You'd be best of just putting the whole pointy front end on if that's the front you like.. Mix matching stuff gets horrid and annoying real fast

It fits. It's not 100% right but it fits. You should use the gaurds, bonnet, garnishes, grill and lights.

problem is that the guards on the flat front are good, but the bonnet and grill arent, and vice versa on the pointy.. i guess i'll just try it and see what happens.

Frasian used 2 different guards when repairing his car. They fit ok but one has a side parker and the other doesn't. Here's his thread

He also changed from a pointed bonnet to a flat bonet, not sure which grill he's using now.
