OMFG! I have been looking for one of these for about 3 years, and that one looks perfect.

 

I'm keen to get some stickers remade as per the originals, as my dad had a KE20 via LeMans when I was a little boy.

Hand break adjuster

Assumed that but didn't seem to do anything when I adjusted it, made no difference

What your pointing at is a cap, there is an adjusting nut below the cap.

 

I highly recommend you get yourself a Gregory's service and repair manual,

 

It is a great resource to have while working on your car.
