hey i want to buy a

 

1984 corolla "panelvan".

 

its tidy as hell and just want to know if its worth getting :/

 

 

 

its got 200,000 ks

 

1.6l motor??? ( 5k or sumthin)????

 

the wheels, hopefully get black superlites with it ;)

 

and some stereo gear which is kinda much ofmuchness.

 

aaaaaaaaaand obviously has the appeal of being a "shaggin" wagon

 

 

 

 

sooooo its $3,500

 

worth the coin or not???

A 1.6L engine would mean it is an AE71 panelvan (4AC engine). If it's a 5K it would be a 1.5L, but a KE70 panelvan.

AE71s are a lot more valuable than KE70s because they are a much better base for the popular 4AGE conversion, plus I've heard AE71 panelvans come from the factory with the same struts and brakes as AE86s.

$3500 is about the price good condition AE71s sell for, but we all know they're not worth it....

if i could pick it up for bothsets of wheels id pay 3500for it, i love them!

Buy it. Looks super tidy, however its got the ugly spec aftermarket side windows cause someone was a bit stingy when they bought the car and didn't spring the extra $70 for the factory option windows.
