You don't have to be a member i don't think, i reckon you have to sign a disclaimer for injurues etc. and then you get scruitineered, mainly to make sure theres nothin suss etc... and then you go and destroy a car for a day!!!

Its not defected its registered.

 

if i can use the track I'm gonna go out there when i get a car trailer and get my other car back on the road.
