Hi all, in the middle if the 5k build at the moment and I have three different types of lifters. Does anyone know the difference between these two? Which is better? New version? Any ideas which I should use? They are the same overall dimensions but obviously the internals are different.

The outer diamension on the bottom one looks smaller than the top one, may just be the photo, one looks to he solid and the other hydraulic. Do you have pushrods for both?? Nothing different other than the internals hey???

Measured with calipers and they are exactly the same, both fill with oil via holes, so both hydraulic. It's just the internal you can see are different, one has a spring type design the other is an oil filled piston type. I wonder which is better or newer?

Repco, Bursons, Supercheap have none. Toyota want $91 each!! Anyone have some hydro lifters lying around they don't want?
