Mechanical Sympathy Posted January 30, 2014 Report Share Posted January 30, 2014 I suggest starting on it with coarse and then graduate to finer grades of wet and dry sandpaper then hit it with a Bunnings metal polishing kit and/or a tube of Autosol for some bling. Hiro Protagonist Posted January 30, 2014 Report Share Posted January 30, 2014 Technically the late-model 4AFE cam cover (well, even more technically the 7A, but they're identical :P) First I tried a shadow-chrome style (paint black, then lightly spray silver over the top) Then swapped with a mate who had his painted a little more professionally :P (mine was done with degreaser and rattle-cans) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
