it is usualy a glass fuse in the fuse box panel thingy.... today was to long to think clearly, dash and tail lights run on the same fuse ( that so you know your tail lights are out, high tech safty feature) put parkers are usualy on there own , dimmer only runs dash lights so it can't be the problem for everything else, look for a black plastic box rh foot well about2 cm x 2 cm (may be silver alloy) it should be power to everything..... AFTER you check to see if to have power in and out of combo unit

little one for panel up to 1mm, fun one up to 12 mm with a fillet weld, with rust aim over and across the hole, build up the metal on the other side and work back to the solid metal , short bursts to keep heat down, blow on it with an air duster to disipate heat between hits

Thanks man I'm not that stupid ive already been told and looked into a 4age conversion or maybe even a 4ageze conversion for some sweet power and the only reason i was trying to put neons in is because i had them on my old r31 and didnt see much point in them lying around the house
