Nutta1 Posted February 5, 2016 Report Posted February 5, 2016 after purchacing a KE30 recently matching number vehicle. needs a little tlc but is rust free and original which has pointed me in the direction of rebuilding the 3k motor i like the idea of injection so the question is does the 7k injection manifold set up fit a 3k motor or am i better off sourcing a 5k motor and going down that avenue. i want to keep it looking as original as possible Quote
LittleRedSpirit Posted February 5, 2016 Report Posted February 5, 2016 Id think the ecu would be struggling to feed a frugal motor 500cc below, its a lot of fuel metering difference even if the efi manifolds and sensors can be adapted. Quote
