Guys sorry this is not about corolla but about 75 Corona with 18-R motor. Is it possible to remove piston number one with motor still in car? If anyone know please let me know. Thanks.

Sadly I don't think so. The times we have stripped an 18R I've seen the crank doesn't leave much room for one of those big pistons to fit past.

I got the head off I can tap it out from bottom maybe ?

Sure- They go in from the top so the main bearing end must fit up the bore.
