No Volts At Coil

Got a 4age 16v Bluetop Can I just replace my coil with any coil or does it have to be a specific one ?

A coil is a coil, the main difference being the resistanc inside. You'll need one with the same impedance, but most injected cars of that age should work if you can get the right plug lead fitting.
