Ta22 Front Sway Bar Onto A Ke25

Has any one tried putting a ta22 front sway bar on a ke25? I have my car (ke25) with a 2tg and had a standard sway bar but when i got onto fitting it with the car it wouldn't clear the engine due to the shape. Did anyone get into this problem? Thanks
