Rocker Cover

I'm trying to extract the remains of a pcv valve grommet from inside the rocker cover. Is there a way to remove this plate without damaging it?

U can drill out the spot welds but i done know if u be able to refit the plate

Thanks. It looks like it might be designed to come off but I wasnt sure. I found another rocker cover to solve the problem. I'll be more careful next time.
