July 5, 200620 yr Author comment_126966 do you want to do the whole 1g piston and rod in a 4k thing!?? please let me know what you may find out as I have access to a 1g that I could use for this too!! ok ill yet yas in on what iam trying to do. 1g conrods are 4k/5k conrods. 1gge conrods will fit but no point as the pin is only 18mm, the 1gfe (is200) conrods will fit but are shit. now the 1ggte uses a 20mm pin so you can fit a 4age piston to it. as for the 1ggze i don't know, the toyota epc list it as different to the 1ggte. what i need to know is the big size , total length centre to centre & how wide the bearing cap is. both parts are exjapan (new) 1ggte $210 each 1ggze $288 each can anyone help?
