  1. Oh yes indeed, they have open track day events, usually sundays, but there is a lot of hype about street racing, so they've decided to host 'street to strip', where any street legal car may drag race against another car. The open track day events are scarce because people are afraid to damage their cars...lol
  2. Oh yes indeed, guys love doing motor swaps over here! Box Corolla's are the in-thing these days

I also can't decide on what colour to spray my car, I want to do a colour change, hopefully British racing green? That is it for now

  11. This post is dedicated to Box Corollas. (KE70/TE71/DX/L/GL/GLS,etc) I met this guy named Frank Oliver, he started the Box Toyota club in the 90's( not sure when can't think now on the top of my head.) The club ranges from box front, slant front, and lift back rear wheel drive Toyotas. The progression of the club is determined by the crowd it attracts and the passion they have for these cars. So far they have ventured to events around the Cape, even stretching up as far as Atlantis, Bredarsdorp, Ceres and Worcester. Members from all over the Cape have united, and the love for these cars are every growing. The club is ever growing, and is slowly starting to get exposure... These are pics Ive added from a recent meeting : Hope all of you like it :) Heres an article about the club :) http://boostsa.co.za/blog/?p=1065
