hey I'm the owner of the ke55, i thought i was never going to see it again, but seeing it as it is... i would have rather not seen it at all. its soo upsetting the lil rolla was my pride and joy!! after i had bought it, i had big plans for it, i had a set of recaros in the front and realy expensive stereo system. the next step was to give it a heart transplant and to have the it resprayed and dead straight. what makes it even more upsetting is that i have the entire running gear for the carolla to convert it to a 13B rota, and its all just sitting in the shed with no car to go into now.. well the rolla came to be as it is because some prikk stole it. and from looks has taken all of the expensive stuff and left him to burn!!! :-( if anyone knows of anyone selling a cheap 1979 ke55 good for a project, it doesnt have to drive just a 1/2 decent body. please let me know as I'm planning to give it another go bigger and better thou ;-) cheers, danny R.I.P BB.49.TY

hey guys ive recently put an N/A bridgeport 13B rotor in my ke55, and my brakes before the conversion were shocking and wouldnt stop the old 4K so I'm not leaving it to chance and need a front brake upgrade. i was just wondering if anyone knows a place where i can get a pair? ( ordered in or cutom made) or does anyone know what parts i can mix and match to make a custom pair i would preferably like them to use coilovers. i am good with my hands and am good with tools so i am keen on giving it a go if i can. or is anyone selling an upgrade? also I'm wondering if anyone knows a place in sydney that can build me an LSD to fit in my ke55, also does anyone know what LSD i should be looking at buying for the rolla, that would also be able to handle a 13b bridgeport rota. ( near future :-) ) any info is appreciated. cheers

hey have had my KE55 for about 2 months now its great all original and pretty clean. it has the stock 4K still in it its reliable and good but i need somthing with a little more kick and somthing that will get the wheels to spin :-). I'm tossing between a SR20 DE or a N/A 13 bridgy until i get my full lic then will turbo what ever i decide to put in the car. whats better? whats an easier conversion? and info is apreciated. cheers
