i just used fibrglass around my fuel filler... worked a treat, and for extra strength i threw some gorilla hair in with the bog.

I have 595's on the front 8's and bridgestone turanzas on the back, in the dry it handles like its on rails though. i think the answer may just be a strut brace, some decent short stroke shocks and ajps 4kg springs:laff:

srry about the late reply this is the first time in a while i have had the chance to get onl;ine but yes, my car is an 82 ke70 5spd 4k the skyline seats are great! would definitely recomend them as an easy mod. as for wheels and tyres I'm a little confused I'm not sure this setup is ideal but I'm running 15x8 +- 0 offset? superlights with 185/45/15's on the front and on the rear i have 15x7 superlights with 185/50/15's. understeer seems all to common in the wet I'm wondering if the stretched tyres on the front are causing this or maybe i should dial in some camber:rolls: .??? definitely keen to atleast come and have a looksie at archy or qr on a practice day, will have to organise to meet a couple other rolla lovers there:laff: .

at the moment I'm running cut rears in the front and cut stockos in the rear with gtr skyline seats and deep dish steering wheel want to buy some 86 struts and lca's ... am i heading in the right direction???

hey, cheers for the welcome, yeah its rusted holes thru all the way along above the tail lights and up the sides, yeah I'm gonna have to hit up a few wreckers, no one around the goldy seems to have ke70's tho.... when i to fing one tho i might just have to buy a battery grinder and go nuts :wink: haha cheers for the help, does anyone know any wreckers around south east qld that have any ke/ae's???

hey all, the boot in my ke is rusted as f*ck, all around the rubber seal not really any rust under the rear winsheild but anyway, the main part I'm looking at is the beavertail? as in the bit that the tailights bolt to.... does anyong know where i can buy one of these new??? any help??? plase... haha :blinks:
