  3. hey, name is brian from ireland, a second home to the ae86, ke70s are very rare over here, only a handfull left on our roads, and used as summer cars or weekend cars, member over a year but never posted up pictures of my cars...... so here goes, this is my slant front ke70 estate, originly 4k but fitted a 4age high torque out of an ae92 gti corolla, started it over a year ago, tipping at it when i get free, but between being messed around, work and collage, its still not finished....... hope to get back into it after christmass and get it sprayed up..... here it is this is her in during the heart transplant and this is my orther pride and joy, found it a year ago parked up behind a group of sheds, a brilliant find as i mentioned above, these are so hard come by in any shape, never mind one that was as solid as this, id be fairly condfident in saying that this is the only ce70 that graces irish roads every day this is it the day i found it its rough in condition i know, but its solid, i will restore it at a later date, but for now I'm just goin to drive it this is it after i threw on a few spare part i had lieing around in the shed then diaster happened a day later, this picture was taken on christmass eve of last year few scratches here and there, but no major damage, got a new bonnet fitted and hey presto, good as new ;) and this is how it looks now also, recently got an ae86 axle with a trd 2way and 4.3 cwp, welded on leaf mounts and fitted it.... and the result thats all for now folks, plan on fitting a 2ct to the van in the near future and get a bit more power out of my daily driver..... coments and opinions welcome
  4. answer to your question is no, all i have at the moment is a 1c engine complete, i plan on buying a d-turbo carina complete car and take everything off that i need just want to see what i need before i get the checkbook out
  5. hey everyone, I'm from ireland and i have a ce70 panel van, its a great little runnaround, but over the past few months ive been looking for more power out of it, and instead of goin down the routes of 4age etc, I'm sticking to diesal purely for economy and putting in a 2ct, as i have a ke70 estate with 4age running gear also for the weekends. my question is has anyone ever done it before?? or have a link about more info on this? my plan at the mo is to buy a fwd 2ct, and change over all the rwd stuff (from a spare rwd 1c engine that i have lieing around),, water lines and pumps, sump, and orther brackets and stuff to make it fit will it be as simple as i think it will be or is their something major that I'm leaving out?? also any ideas of how il work the wiring??? all help/info, big or small will be greatly appreciated..... thanks brian
