give the neighbours dogs chilli's and laxatives so he thinks something is wrong with them and rids of them and when your neighbour approaches you completely ignore them so they get the msg , as for the bikes take off the mufflers for some real noise hehehehehehehe , we had a 50cc scooter and the muffler was ripped off when my mate tried to "launch it" and was damn loud !!!!!!!! :o
