  1. for swap is my 1990 rodeo single cab tray top its not a bad car and only getting rid of it coz i want another rolla its 5 speed manual 2.6ltr 4 cylender has standard wheels cd player lowered pretty much stock has recond head bought a couple of months ago off a old guy to drive to work in coz my daily got defected havnt had any problems with it and only reason I'm putting it up is i really want a ke20/25/30/35/36/38/55 corolla so is mainly a swap only or may sell for $2300 please call or txt 0422693415 if interested thanks for looking
  2. yeah ill get a pic when i go out to where the car is as itsat my bro's 40 mins away from my house and chumps yeah i know the guy you bought it off is a great set up and makes awesome power my plan is to build the motor to the specs it was when you had it, sounded like a bridgeport rotor and smoked tyres so easily :fuzz:
  3. i would but its pulled appart atm coz i need to rebuild the motor the top mount is a modified a/c bracket and the lower mount is made from scratch.... once i get it back together ill post some pics for u

  6. bit of a update... i picked up 2 15x7 roh rims not really drift but better than the celica rims and i got them cheap didnt like silver so i painted them black they look ok on the car and will do for now also i took the bumpers off and painted the grill headlight surrounds and parker lense's black also i got a few weeks off work so I'm going to start the rebuild on the motor soon so should have it all up and running in about a month :yes:
  7. it was driven with standard timing and no decomp plate when the setup was put on the motor and thats when it snapped but i have a locked dizzy and decomp plate to put on when the new motor is built
  8. well i sold my ke30 during the week and went and bought this the plan is to have a go at drifting and in my opinion this is a great car to learn in as the body isnt the best and it can't be regoed so it doesnt matter if i dent it :laff: the best part about it is it's already set up for sliding with the suspention consisting of ae86 front struts, new shocks and vl springs, ae86 vented disks and calipers with braided lines and corona control arms. whilst the rear end has new boge turbo rear shocks and falcon springs making the car stiff as f**k the drive train is pretty much done with the exeption of a cracked piston ring which is as simple as a rebuild to fix sporting a pretty much 4k with the exeption of a acl head shim to drop compression and soften the punch of the sc14 blower that pumps 16psi of air and fuel into the combustion chambers, fuel is fed into the blower via the 45mm sidedraught webber the power get's to the wheeks via the k50 5 speed (which currently has stock clutch until i can afford a new 1 after the engine rebuild) then into the locked ke70 diff interior atm is all stock besides the fixed back sparco race seat and 4 point harness but i plan on stripping it all out this weekend coming and only leaving the drivers seat and dash in it plans for it are of course rebuilding the engine and putting a decent size cam in and getting a set of extractors for it, stripping the interior and getting a decent set of dished rims anyway thats enough for now heres some pic's thankyou for looking

  10. I'm in adelaide northern suburbs and i havnt really decided whats going to happen with that yet will prob either sell it or part it out but the only really good part bout it is it can be regoed lol
  11. have been picking up a few things for my rolla and should be starting my conversion this week here are some things ive got for it got this coz i could and am glad i did as it gives me more leg room coz it sits out further than the standard wheel mmmmm twin cam :laff: i like these mirrors i think they look cool and got a really good deal on these and hoping they fit without having to modify them also gat a new loom coz the 1 i have is done pretty dodgy and a jdm ae86 computer now i just got to finish fixing my bro's commodore then start work on the rolla
  12. nah the ke10 is really in poor condition the passenger rear quater panel is about 1 inch thick of bog and the whole car has bog patches and rustthats why I'm going the 30 instead plus i prefer the look of the ke30
  13. nah all the suspension is stuffed and and doesnt handle to well plus id rather put money into a car i can drive on the street that looks good rather than a track car
  14. donor car =) has a cable cluch so I'm not sure what gearbox is in it as i bought it as is but i guess ill find out when i pull it out

I'm kinda new to here been lurking a bit tho but anyway here is my rolla i picked up today its a 1977 ke30 with 3k and auto the body is in really good condition with the exeption of the rear passenger door that has a big dent and the drivers guard has a small patch of rust (only rust i have found in the car) plus a few little dents as is to be expected the interior is in near overrated condition which i havnt found a fault yet seats and door trims are not ripped and vinyl not coming apart or faded now for the plans: i want to keep it as original looking as possible with just a respray, lower it but keep it legal and sit it on a set of 14 inch steel rims off a corona or something also i have a ke10 with a 4age in it but the body of that is fair rough so I'm looking at swapping the motor and gearbox into the ke30 and have myself a nice sleeper but now for the pics =)
  16. i believe u would be better with a t series diff the r31 diff would prob be to wide for it but saying that the t series is also wider than the standard rolla diff but should be able to keep tyres under the guards with the right offset..... if it was me id just lock the rolla diff and hope for the best... kalbys supercharged ke70 only ran a standard locked diff and that was punished all the time

  18. it would take alot of work to get the body decent but I'm not bothered bout it it just makes it look more sleeperish with the dents it does go quite well beats v6 commodores but don't kno what its like for skids yet i only done 1 so far but it easily got 2nd hopefully it will be out at the next speedway city burnout comp then i can see what its really like
  19. heres my ke10 slap together skid car the car was as is when i bought it all ive done is given it a good thrashing the beast is nothing special as the body is far from overrated n has a fair bit of bog (stuff u can't see in pics on ebay) is camo green with granny visor and a rear venetian that is out of some other car and has been cut down to sort of fit the ke10 drivetrain is a early 4age and a jap 5 speed no work is done to motor that i know of has crappy home made 2 inch exhaust and sports a standard ke10 diff(soon to be welded) rolls on 13 inch hot wires she does go well and leaves all the p plater vn commodore drivers from the lights
